I clicked check for updates and was successful - several updates were ready to be downloaded and installed. Reply A Sep 24, 2015 @ 22:58:06 haaa finally.. Even if the troubleshooter says it couldn’t identify the problem, it’s possible that the actions of starting and stopping the service and clearing out the cache did the trick. I used the manual method and did a reboot before trying again.
