Backing up your data files is not sufficient. Every time I try to upgrade to a new version, audio disappears, so I'm stuck with an old Realtek version, if I want audio in my laptop… What a shame.   • I Googled it, wound up here and was ABOUT to try this.
  • The issue is a bug somewhere in the phone.
  • I am just exhausted and it is a really irritating experience to try and reason with an operating system that is so stubborn and stupidly designed.
  • I asked some PC repair person but he said because small cabinet and old configuration there no new sound card available for me.
  • Unless you're having problems elsewhere in your building, I would stick with checking all connections in the PC.
  • So I installed it and now my mic does not work in calls unless load speaker is used.
