My LG G4 was suddenly not being recognised by my pc, I had to reinstall the driver, windows did it automatically when I followed your instructions. The Toshiba itself just stopped working this morning and when I plug it in, will not show up on My Computer and will not light up. The only other option is to format the hard drive and use the FAT32 format for the best compatibility. However works on the onboard USB!!! Check This Out
