BSOD When Entering Win 7 With More Than 2 GB RAM

When starting normally, black screen just like R0man says. Epox EP-MF570 SLI, AMD Athlon64 X2 6000+, Asus GeForce 7300GT (Silent). I updated the Nvidia motherboard and video card drivers from Nvidia immediately after I installed the OS.
